With the first quarter of the year now complete, Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held at Maynard High School.
This year we will be having conferences on Thursday afternoon November 13th from 2:15pm to 3:30pm and again on the evening of Thursday November 19th from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
Meetings are made by appointment to facilitate the smooth operation of each day. Please limit requests to 3 teachers. Should you feel the need to meet with more than 3 teachers that can be arranged through your student’s guidance counselor for another date and time.
To set up appointments for Thursday afternoon November 13th please email your requests by 2:00pm on Wednesday November 12th. To set up appointments for Wednesday evening November 19th please email your requests by 2:00pm on Monday November 17th. All requests are taken in order of receipt.
In your request please specifically note the class and teacher’s name for each conference you would like to set up.

Ms. Carter will email you a receipt with the specific time and room number for each conference that is set up.
