Teacher Conferences:
Grades for the first quarter of the year have closed as of Friday November 2nd. Our teaching staff is now grading final student work and are in the process of preparing 1st Quarter grades and inputting them into our new data system, Tyler. Quarter grades will be available for viewing by students and parents on Tyler by 5:00pm on Friday November 9th.
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on the evening of Wednesday November 14th from 6:30-8:00 pm and the afternoon of Thursday November 15th from 2:15-3:35 pm.
To sign up for a Parent-Teacher conference please follow these guidelines:
Please limit your request to three teachers. Should you feel that additional meetings are needed, those meetings can be arranged through your student’s guidance counselor. Each meeting on the 14th and 15th is 10 minutes long.
Please give your name, your student’s name, and the 1, 2 or 3 teachers you would like to meet with along with the name of their classes in your response.
In your response let us know if you would prefer the evening of November 14th or the afternoon of November 15th.
Email your requests to Maynard High School secretary Pam Carter at: pcarter@maynard.k12.ma.us no later than Monday November 12th at Midnight.
Requests will be responded to in the order they are received.
MassDOT Awards
The Class of 2020 is selling wreaths, kissing balls and decorative baskets for the upcoming holiday season.
Members of the class of 2020 will be going around to each of the buildings during the next three weeks. If they miss you and you would like one please email me.
The Class of 2020 is also donating $1 from the sale of each item to the Beacon Santa Telethon.
